Baguazhang Basic training

             
    One , the major palm mould :

The palm mould of Baguazhang is divided into : Pushs the palm , and penetrates the palm , and pares the palm , and pokes the palm , and splits the palm , and explores the palm , and lifts up the palm , and collides the palm etc .

The 1, pushes the palm 

The 2, penetrates the palm

The 3, pares the palm

The 4, pokes the palm

The 5, splits the palm

The 6, explores the palm

The 7, lifts up the palm

The 8, collides the palm

Two , major step mould and the gait :

Baguazhang whith the gait are at all , in the sports must the gait is distinct and firm and quick . If the gait is  ununmixed , an important characteristic  in the Baguazhang can be lost . Correct nature of gait must be attached importance to in the exercise therefor . The major gait has : Kou step,Bai step,Pu step,Gong step,Ma step,Xun step,Zhi step,Lihe step ect.

( one ) stand the stake

Standing the stake is the exercises to benefit the internal organs and the basic training of body mould are taken exercise in the palm to the Baguazhang . The major requirement is that the Qi sinks to the public region . The most before all others accent is arranged breathing when the exercise , and the mandible in the tip of the tongue top . The nose used in the breathing , and the muscle loosens the whole body , and the expression is natural , and two eyes are looked squarely , and keep in mind the public region . The underbelly expands solidly deep breathing when just practising when breathing , and contracts inside the underbelly when breathing out Qi . Can develop to the underbelly when breathing expands solidly step by step , the underbelly sinks when breathing out Qi  has behind the fixed foundation . Finally becoming down the stomach sinks unchangeably , and keeps in mind the public region . Standing the stake is chiefly divided into following eight kinds of gestures :

 ( two ) walk the stake

Walking the stake is the basic training of Baguazhang, and must each other combine with the Baguazhang exercises to benefit the internal organs during exercise .

Three , the stake exercise :

Body mould and Gait

1,'s body mould . Three circle : The circle in centre of the palm , the arm circle , the back circle . Three top: The hand is to the outer top , and the neck upwards on the top , and the tip of the tongue upwards on the top . Three hang down : The elbow hangs down downward , and the shoulder hangs down downward , and the gas hangs down to the public region downward . Three empty : The palm is empty , and the sole is empty , and the thorax is empty .
